Nani Jansen Reventlow

Founder

Nani is an award-winning human rights lawyer specialised in strategic litigation at the intersection of human rights, social justice, and technology. She has more than 15 years of experience as a litigator.

Prior to setting up Systemic Justice, Nani founded and built the Digital Freedom Fund, an organisation that advances digital rights through strategic litigation in Europe.

Dr Patrick Williams

Head of Research

Patrick oversees our research on priorities for strategic litigation on racial, social, and economic justice in Europe as well research related to our litigation projects.

Jonathan McCully

Head of Legal

Jonathan oversees our legal projects and litigation work. He has nearly a decade of experience working on human rights litigation, as well as designing and facilitating the production of resources for building knowledge around strategic litigation.

Iyobosa Irabor

Co-head of Operations (HR, People & Culture)

Iyobosa leads the strategic development of our people experience, organisational culture, and HR operations in alignment with our foundational values of anti-oppression, intersectionality, and justice.

Andreas Reventlow

Co-head of Operations (Finance & Technology)

Andreas has worked in the non-profit sector for over a decade in a variety of programmatic and operational functions. Andreas oversees all aspects of our operations, including finance, administration, and IT, and supports organisational development, fundraising, and governance work as well.

Jess Hernandez

Finance Manager

Jess has over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, working with organisations across the US, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Jess is responsible for all aspects of financial management at Systemic Justice, which includes  strengthening policies that will allow us to be prepare for growth and development, delivering data-driven financial insights to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in accounting.

Gracie Bradley

Gracie Mae Bradley is a thinker, writer and campaigner concerned with what it means for people to live flourishing lives. She is the host of the Stuart Hall Foundation’s Locating Legacies podcast and co-author of Against Borders. Gracie has over a decade’s experience in developing and landing creative strategies for systemic change in solidarity with people at the sharpest end of unfair power structures, including as Chief Coordinator of Grenfell Testimony Week, and Interim Director of Liberty. 

Cristina Paez

Cristina Guerrero Paez

Treasurer

Cristina Guerrero Paez champions patient advocacy, information provision, and peer support for breast cancer patients and is the dynamic director of the Dutch Breast Cancer Association (BVN). She has extensive experience in healthcare and special education. Cristina, born in Amsterdam to Spanish parents enjoys a life with her partner and two daughters, sharing everyday joys together.

Stephanie Brobbey

Stephanie Brobbey

Stephanie Brobbey is a financial activist and practitioner seeking to mobilise private capital in service of a just economy. Alongside her team at the Good Ancestor Movement, Stephanie supports wealth holders primarily based in the UK, Europe, and North America to transform their practices around wealth, tax, and redistribution.

Adi Kuntsman

Adi Kuntsman is a researcher of digital technologies and their role in politics, environmental harms, and social injustices. Adi is working with our Head of Research and a team of researchers to support our litigation projects.

Emeka Nwankwo

J. Emeka Nwankwo is a Digital Politics Ph.D. researcher at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Manchester Metropolitan University.

J. Diana Arce is an activist, artist, and researcher, centring intersectional anti-racist practices in her work. She teaches, lectures, writes and leads workshops worldwide and creates campaigns, participatory and community-engaged art. She is cohost of the monthly airing, global antifascist radio show, Like It Is

Systemic Justice also works with Karla Morales, Lucia Saborio Perez, Diana López, Ana Carolina Fisher, Ella Perera-Burdon, Marthe Heringa, Nada Ladraa, and Andressa dos Santos Sampaio de Camargo who provide support as student researchers.
