Supervisory board
Systemic Justice has a two-tier governance model which includes a Supervisory Board who holds the formal oversight over the organisation and a Board who is tasked with the running of the organisation with the team.

Systemic Justice’s vision is a society where communities can freely leverage the courts to fight for social justice. Systemic Justice works to radically transform how the law works for communities fighting for racial, social, and economic justice.
Employment and remuneration
Systemic Justice employs team members in a number of jurisdictions in Europe who are contracted under local employment law and remunerated for their work in accordance with applicable local regulations and our compensation framework.
