Community Toolkit for Change
How can communities and movements use the courts for their causes and campaigns? We’ve designed a series of resources to help answer this question and build the knowledge and power of communities and movements fighting for justice. From practical guidance, to an essential glossary of terms, you’ll find everything you need to take that first step towards leveraging the courts for your campaigning goals.
Our Reports
Community Reports
Our community reports are rooted in the extensive community consultations we conducted in 2022 and then in 2023-2024. We undertook this process as part of our work to ensure our focus, approach, and strategies are guided by community-identified needs.
Annual Reports
Our annual reports detail Systemic Justice’s work as Europe’s first Black-founded and majority BPOC organisation focusing on community-driven, strategic litigation to radically transform how the law serves racially, socially, and economically marginalised people.
Building knowledge and power
Communities should be able to make informed choices about how they want to incorporate strategic litigation in their campaigns for change. At Systemic Justice, we’re helping to build the knowledge and power of communities resisting injustice.
